How do I unsubscribe from "Club MK"?
- At the top right, in the menu, click on your name to go to your profile-desk.
- In the menu above, just below the logo, click on the "ClubMK Subscription" button.
- In the table, click on the "view" button.
- In the fourth row of the "actions" table, click on the "cancel" button.
- Success, you won't miss it again.
Can I download the lessons for offline viewing?
Currently, the classes are only available via streaming from the platform.
What do I do if I have technical problems during a lesson?
We recommend that you make sure your internet connection is stable and that you are using an up-to-date browser. If the problem persists, please contact us.
How can I join live/direct events?
In ClubMK, once inside, you will get a new module or lesson with the name "🔴Direct day XX-XX-XXXXXX🔴".
Can I practice with my partner if only I have access to ClubMK?
Of course! Our courses are designed for you to practice as a couple, even if only one of you has access. We encourage you to share the experience.
